Our Replacement Policy
At Vibe & Verse, every item is made uniquely for you the moment you place an order. Because of this, we only offer replacements for items that are defective or lost in transit.
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items Eligible for a Free Replacement
Your order is eligible for a free replacement if it meets one of the following criteria:

The item arrived damaged or defective (e.g., a hole, tear, or manufacturing error).

You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, color, or a different design than ordered).
Note: Minor color variations between the on-screen image and final print can occur due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration, and are not considered a defect. On rare occasions, a faint production odor may also be present on arrival — this disappears after the first wash.
If you believe your item is eligible, contact us at info@vibeandverse.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Handling Lost or Delayed Items
We understand how frustrating it is when a package is lost or delayed.
- Upon purchase, you’ll receive a tracking number.
- If tracking shows your package has arrived at your local post office but you haven’t received it, contact the post office first — packages are sometimes held for pickup.
- If your address was correct and the post office cannot resolve it, email us at info@vibeandverse.com. If no customer error is found, we’ll offer a free reprint.
Items Not Eligible for a Replacement
We cannot replace items for:
- Wrong size or color ordered → Please check our size charts carefully.
- Changed your mind after purchase.
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided → If your item is returned to us, we can reship at your expense.
How the Process Works

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Omnibus Directive, personalized or custom-made goods are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
